In our weekly meetings you will learn:
- Acupressure points to take away cravings and give you energy!
- How to eat more and weigh less!
- Chinese exercises that help you breath away your fat and activate your metabolism!
Set Point combines Western Science and Chinese Medicine to give you the best of both worlds. Most importantly it will teach you how to manage your weight rather than build a dependency like so many other programs on the market.
Who should consider attending?
- Anyone wanting to lose 12 lbs or more
- Anyone who has already lost weight but is having trouble losing those last 15 lbs
- Anyone wanting to change their ratio of muscle and fat
Meeting participation requires an entry fee at any of the levels listed below:
$20 Entry Level
Entry Level program Includes:
- Meal plan and periodic reassessments
- Weekly Weigh-in (includes BMI, Skeletal Muscle, Body Fat, Visceral Fat, and Body Age)
- 15-20 minutes Qigong or acupressure training to activate metabolism and suppress cravings
- Product Education: Evaluation, pros and cons of weight loss supplements
- Weight friendly medicinal teas to drink and/or weight friendly food to sample during the meeting
- Education on nutrition, exercise, etc. (may include guest speakers)
Note: The base program will provide you with information and tools to help you lose weight. The higher program levels and other extras can help accelerate your weight loss by curbing hunger and cravings, etc. and help you get through weight loss plateaus
Higher Level programs for accelerated weight loss
$30 Bronze – Includes Entry Level + Unlimited Ear Seeds
$40 Silver – Includes Bronze + Unlimited Auricular Acupuncture
$50 Gold – Includes Silver + Weekly Abdominal Acupuncture with E-stim
